How are you different from other training providers?
We’re passionate veterans and educators specifically for the VET industry.
After many years working in the VET sector as consultants, auditors, and managers, we developed an RTO that is dedicated to supplying highly skilled and knowledgeable graduates to the VET sector.
Our commitment to quality is deeply interwoven into our course offering – meaning course attendees can expect to walk away with a qualification they won’t acquire from any other comparable training organisation.
Where are your training centres/classrooms based?
Our head office is in Melbourne, however, we provide courses and training packages to organisations across Australia. Check each course for specific locations and dates.

Who’s behind RTO Leadership Institute?
RTO Leadership Institute was established by Shashi Hodge, a skilled and passionate RTO and VET industry thought leader.
Shashi has more than 17 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, having worked within multi-jurisdictional RTOs in roles such as Administration Manager, National Operations Manager, Training Manager and Division Manager.
She has worked with numerous RTOs as an external consultant on a large range of projects, such as system reviews, internal audits, preparation for initial registration or re-registration, adding courses to scope, course design, assessment writing and validation.
Her expertise is in:
