Shashi more than 13 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, having worked within multi-jurisdictional RTOs.

Her expertise is in:

Jacqui began her VET career in 1998 when she set up her own RTO. It quickly became a respected, award-winning provider of early childhood courses. On the sale of her RTO, Jacqui was appointed as a NARA Quality Consultant and auditor, assisting NARA-registered RTOs with RTO registration audits and general compliance issues. In 2010, Jacqui lead the RTO Advice Group in securing a contract to provide audit panel services for the Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority (VRQA). Jacqui and her team audited many VRQA registered RTO from this time until 2016.

Jacqui has been an RTO consultant since 2009 and loves to assist RTOs in achieving quality outcomes. Jacqui now has a wide range of clients working across Australia including domestic fee for service, government funded and CRICOS colleges delivering over a wide range of training packages. She has a practical and detailed knowledge for the various standards and funding contracts that RTOs are required to meet. She is well respected with the VET sector. Jacqui is a co-Director of RTO Advice Group and as well as working with clients is also involved in overseeing the day-to-day running of RTO Advice Group.

Sally is one of Australia’s most experienced RTO consultants, having been involved the VET sector at a senior level since 1996. She has extensive experience auditing with regulators and is also a current member of the Training Package Quality Assurance Panel.




Having taught in adult education for over seven years in the areas of Training and Assessment – both at Certificate IV and Diploma level, as well as leadership and management, Marc has become well known for his interactive engaging delivery style.  His driving passion is helping people become the best trainers they can be and is always focused on helping people ‘Speak and Train to be Remembered’.

He has taught the TAE course over 90 times to over 2,500 students throughout Australia and absolutely loves empowering people in all areas of study and life management. He has taught at prestigious universities like Bond University and has worked in Japan for over six years in learning and development and managing English schools in Tokyo.  His unique experience as a public speaking coach, life coach and sales coach means that he brings a very strong practical element to the training environment and students go away with brand new perspectives and insights on themselves and the learning process.

  • TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development
  • TAE50111 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
  • Masters in Applied Linguistics.
  • Certificate IV in Small Business Management

  • NLP Practitioner.
  • PCM trained.

Marc has worked in numerous RTO’s and has a very strong skill set in delivery skills, he has also been part of not only designing materials, but launching, reviewing and all aspects of course development for various courses.

At RTO Leadership Institute, Marc is looking forward to bringing his insights and practical elements to the online world and empowering people to study online successfully.

Sue is an experienced adult educator, course designer, workplace trainer and assessor.

For over 30 years, Sue’s devotion to learning and development and her passion for helping others, has assisted a wide range of clients; each with their own unique requirements. She uses her well-honed skill set to design, deliver and implement interactive training activities in a face to face or virtual environment.

Sue’s strengths are in application and soft skills training, both accredited and non-accredited (short courses). Her expertise is highly regarded amongst her peers and she has authored learning materials, courseware and assessments for her own, and other, Registered Training Organisations.

Sue is excited to be working with RTO Leadership Institute and supporting students to start their exciting new career.

Alan has had extensive experience in the education and training sector, working for major corporations, TAFE institutes and industry associations. He has worked across a range of contemporary issues associated with workforce skills development and Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) system. Also, Alan has represented the work skills and training needs of industry and employers on a range of committees and working groups. Alan is excited to be working with the RTO Leadership Institute because he has the opportunity to develop the skills of new entrants into the VET workforce and advance the skills of experienced trainers and assessors.
